1. Refund Eligibility under UAE Law

GoNow offers refunds for cancellations made within the timeframe specified at booking, in accordance with UAE consumer rights. Refunds may not be available for certain non-refundable services, such as visa application fees, per UAE commercial law.

2. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary. For international payments, any conversion fees will be borne by the customer.

3. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted to our customer support team with your booking ID and payment details. Refunds are granted according to UAE guidelines.
